How to Return Your Home Unity Equipment 📦🔄

Need to return your Home Unity equipment? Use our Returns Portal to generate a free return label and send us your proof of postage. You'll have 14 days to return your equipment to avoid non-return charges.

If you've been asked to return your Home Unity equipment, we've made the process as simple as possible.

📦Step 1 Use The Home Unity InPost Returns Portal

All equipment returns must be processed through InPost Returns Portal.

Do not send equipment to our registered office address or any other Home Unity address. Returns sent outside of our Returns Portal process may not be received or tracked correctly.

🗳️Step 2 Generate Your Return QR Code

  1. Enter your Home Unity Account Number as the order number
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions
  3. Generate your return QR code

      No printer is required. Simply show the QR code at your chosen drop-off location 

      You can use any InPost Locker or InPost Shop near you. It’s fast, trackable and completely hassle-free.


      📦  Prepare Your Equipment 

      Before packing your equipment:

      • Disconnect all cables from the router or booster.
      • Remove any cables that are still plugged into the device.
      • Ensure the equipment is clean and in good condition.

            If the router has dust, dirt or marks on it, please wipe it down using a lightly damp cloth before returning it.

            Important:
            Do not use a wet cloth, cleaning sprays, or immerse the router or booster in water or any other liquid.  


            📤What Should I return?

            Please return all equipment supplied by Home Unity, including:

            • Router
            • Wi-Fi booster(s) (if supplied on loan to you)
            • Power cable
            • Ethernet cable
            • DSL cable (if supplied)
            • Microfilter (if supplied)

                      Important: If you are on Full Fibre (your router connects to another box using an Ethernet cable), Do not return the Fibre Modem/ONT (Optical Network Terminal). The ONT is the fibre box usually fixed to the wall and must remain at the property.


                      📤Step 5: Drop Off Your Parcel

                      You can return your equipment using any participating InPost Locker or InPost Shop.

                      Your return is fully trackable through the InPost network.

                      📤Step 6: Send Us Your Proof of Postage

                      Once you've handed over your parcel, you must send us your proof of postage or InPost tracking confirmation.

                      You can do this by:

                      • Replying to the email we sent you
                      • Replying to our WhatsApp message
                      • Contacting our support team

                      Important: Your equipment may take time to be processed by our warehouse. Sending proof of postage allows us to track your return and helps prevent incorrect equipment charges.

                      Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.
