If you’ve been asked to return your Home Unity equipment, don’t worry as we’ve made it simple and stress-free.

You can use any InPost Locker or InPost Shop near you.

📦 Pack It Properly
To avoid damage (and extra charges), please pack everything securely and include:

All cables, including the power cable

The original box, if you still have it
Important:
Please don’t return equipment in carrier bags or loose packaging. Use a sturdy box, padded envelope or bubble wrap to make sure it stays safe during transit.

Once you’ve posted your parcel, please forward your proof of postage or tracking confirmation (from InPost) to our team by replying to the email or WhatsApp we sent you.
